Your privacy is important to us and we want to let you know how we collect and use information about you. Our Company has always paid special attention to the processing and protection of the personal data of our Customers, Communities, Users, Suppliers, Contractors and all those we deal with. Therefore, in order to ensure maximum compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Civicamente has adopted an appropriate Privacy Organisational Model. The Code and the Regulation in question require those who process personal data to inform the data subject on which data are being processed and on certain elements qualifying that processing. WHY THIS STATEMENT AND WHO IS IT FOR?
This page describes how we process the personal data of our Company’s Users, Customers and Suppliers, such as the nature of the information we collect, how we collect it, what we do with it, how we protect it, how long we retain it, and the rights of data subjects with regard to their information.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Students
We collect information about students at public and private institutions and young people who have completed their education and are in the first few years of work. We do this for training purposes, to raise awareness about issues related to the skills of the future, and to send out invitations to educational events, including interactive ones, in constant alignment with the principle of offering all of our content for free.
This information includes contact details (email address, telephone number) address, school or university, work and study interests, demographic data, and other common data.
Teachers
We collect information about teachers at public and private schools of all levels and grades in order to offer them, free of charge, digital awareness content and FSL courses for their classes and educational digital events.
This information includes contact details (email address, telephone number) demographic data, and other common data.
Sponsors and suppliers
We collect information about the professional role of individuals within institutional or business organisations and the category to which the organisation belongs.
This information includes contact details (email, telephone number) demographic data, as well as other common data and non-personal information (relating to legal entities).
WHY DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?
We collect such information for the following reasons:
– to keep you updated on new educational opportunities, training events and training webinars;
– to send free invitations to educational or training events;
– to provide you with content relevant to your professional and cultural profile;
– to promote personal empowerment training courses;
– to pursue our legitimate interests, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms.
OBJECTION TO PROCESSING FOR MARKETING PURPOSES
We remind you that, whenever your data is being collected and whenever you are informed of the aforementioned purposes, you will have the opportunity to object to the processing of your data by using the appropriate opt-out functionality available in each communication received, or by contacting us in the manner outlined at the bottom of this Statement. You will be immediately informed that processing has been stopped.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?
To guarantee the best possible privacy for the EducazioneDigitale.it Community, we will not externally disclose your information to Customers, Suppliers, or other third parties.
However, we ask for permission to share your data with the promoter of the individual course that you have joined if it includes a FSL with Project Work (in such cases we only share the first and last names of the students who will be completing the assignment), a competition (in such cases we only communicate the details of the winning teachers), or a giveaway (in such cases, it will be necessary to share your name, address and personal telephone number with the promoter and the shipping company who will deliver the materials to the address you requested).
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THE INFORMATION?
We keep the information for a maximum period of 12 years.
YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO CONTACT US
We remind you that you have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of any personal data about you that we are processing, to know what it includes and where it came from, to verify its accuracy or to supplement, update or correct it. You also have the right to request the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of any data processed in violation of law, and to request its processing be restricted or, in any event, for legitimate reasons, to object to its processing.
